All qualifying students need to complete a full online application form with all supporting documents. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

1. Certified ID of the applicant
2. Grade 12 results or Transcript if 2nd year of applicant
3. Proof of Acceptance at a public higher learning institution
4. Proof of Residence
5. Certified ID of parents/guardians
6. Proof of income
